Given he requires a lot of farm, EARLY PUSHING LINEUP strat works best against him.But these are some of heroes that i hate most to play against picking void.
I play Faceless Void a lot and the heroes i hate to play against are strong gankers ,early fighters or strong disablers. I'm not saying this will work all the time when playing with 4 dudes you don't know, there's a reason Icefrog only balances the game around competitive gaming. It is indeed frustrating when your team doesn't understand the concept of the word "team", even when that's the main point of the game. But you're right, the randomess of playing alone will sometimes leave you with people who just can't to coordinate even a simple gank, but instead prefer to stay in their lanes failing last hits and later on complain about the lack of ganks against the enemmy carry. I play support a lot, if I gank often enough I'll have the gold to buy one of those items around the 25 minute mark. Good luck organizing this alone when you have 3 people fighting over mid and you're the sole support desperately trying to farm up one of those items while the other 4 people are pinging you nonstop for not buying wards on cooldown screaming spanish and/or russian at you. If void gets BKB so early, you still have plenty of time to finish the game until he gets items like Mjollnir, Daedalus, Desolator and so on. Of course Void has te adventage of being the strongest carry in the game, but that takes time, it's in your hands to give him that time. Enigma and Magnus can do pretty much the same, but better. If this particular hero choses this path, he won't be a true carry, but more like a stronger initiator. If Void buys BKB in the mid game, he won't have enough damage or attack speed to make use of what his ultimate actually is, a big AOE stun that pierces magic immunity, but freezes everyone, including Faceless Void's teammates. It is true that BKB trashes most of the hero and item counters I have listed, but only to a certain point. I have to admit if you want to beat him the Hex is the best way to do it, but you better have some sort of blink and really good vision if your doing that. Omni is ok.when his ult is up and Tiny is ok.till void just ignores him and goes after everyone else in Chrono and lets the rest of his team get him.

I can't seem to understand what you're trying to say, I think my hero selection is good enough to give people a slight idea on how to counter Faceless Void, if you have more hero suggestions, I would be happy to hear (read) them. Even if your team has none of those, gameplay counters and item counters are still available. You don't even have to pick those heros to success, as I said before, any ranged stun, hex or fast casting silencer will counter Void. Invoker, Earthshaker, Juggernaut, Omniknight, Death Prophet and Tiny are pretty popular in pubs, if people don't see the potential on the rest of the heros I listed, I could not care less about their opinions. I think I've only played two or three public matches with Pudge, in the other hand, I have never played a pub with PA. How about you stop 5th picking Phantom Assasin or Pudge and think before you make a correct hero selection and maybe Riki and Void won't be so OP anymore. Should give prospect to the people who complain that a certain hero is OP.
